Proprietor of MBS Conveyancing Matt Slater has a Masters Degree in Property from the University of South Australia and is a Registered Property Conveyancer.  Matt is currently studying a graduate bachelor of laws externally through Charles Darwin University.  Matt is aiming to be a fully qualified and practicing legal practitioner by December 2012 at the latest.  Matt Slater is a member of the Australian Institute of Conveyancers.

Our Prices for residential transactions

Sellers/Vendor  $429.  All up professional fee.  NO hidden charges such as bank liasion fee or storage fees.  INCLUDES GST.

Buyer/Purchaser $399.  All up professional fee.  NO hidden charges such as bank liasion fee or storage fees. INCLUDES GST.

Private Sales   $795   which includes preparation of contract and carrying out required searches and performing the vendor's conveyancing services.            Discount to $695  for the Vendor, if the Purchaser has us perform the conveyancing as well with a discounted rate for the Purchaser of $305.  

 
MBS Conveyancing can handle all legal matters relating to land from property transfers (buying and selling of property) subdivisions, liens, to lease documentation and negotiation.   Proprietor Matt Slater charges his time out at $85 per hour for more complex legal property matters.
